On-Time Consultations
Your time is important! In most cases, we can schedule your initial consultation within 5 days of your first call to our office. We know how busy you are and how valuable your time is. We strive to see each patient within 15 minutes of arrival at our offices. We realize an unexpected wait is an inconvenience and we will make every attempt to respect your schedule. Similarly, if you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so your time can be best reallocated. This allows us to provide the best plastic surgery care to you and others.
Personalized Plastic Surgery Care
Dr Mausner personally performs all your procedures whether in the office or during your surgery. We do not allow medical technicians, nurses, physician assistants or "beauty experts" to perform ANY procedure. BOTOX, spider vein therapy treatments, laser treatments, chemical peels and RESTYLANE injections are personally done (not "supervised") by Dr. Mausner. In addition to regular office hour plastic surgery care, Dr. Mausner personally responds after-hours to your calls and is available to answer all your questions.

Confidentiality / Privacy
In keeping with new federal laws, your medical information will never be released in written form nor discussed with third parties without your written permission. The decision to have plastic surgery is a very private one and we respect your right to privacy. If you have bandages or other special postoperative needs, we will accommodate you in our private post-operative waiting room. No need to face other patients.
